1. No-Refund Policy
All tournament entry fees paid on Delta Leagues are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase and entering a tournament, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.
This applies to all entry types including initial entries, re-entries, and any future paid features on the platform. The competitive and time-sensitive nature of our tournaments means that entry fees cannot be returned once a tournament has begun or once your entry has been processed.
2. Eligible Refund Circumstances
A refund may be issued solely at the discretion of Delta Leagues in the following limited circumstances:
• Platform outage: A verified technical failure on Delta Leagues infrastructure that made it impossible for you to participate in a tournament you paid to enter, and no reasonable remedy (such as a replacement entry) was provided.
• Third-party service interruption: A confirmed outage of a critical third-party service (such as market data providers or payment processors) that directly caused the tournament to be cancelled or rendered unfair, with no replacement or credit offered.
Refunds will NOT be issued for: user error, forgotten entries, poor trading performance, dissatisfaction with results, internet connectivity issues on the user's end, or any circumstance within the user's control.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under Section 2, you must submit a request within 7 days of the affected tournament's end date. To request a refund, contact us at support@deltaleagues.com with the following information:
• Your registered email address • The tournament name and date • Your order or payment ID • A description of the issue you experienced
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Credits and Replacements
In cases where a tournament is cancelled due to a platform or third-party issue, Delta Leagues reserves the right to offer account credits or free replacement entries in lieu of a monetary refund. We will communicate this clearly at the time of the issue.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Delta Leagues support will result in immediate suspension of your account pending investigation. We take fraud seriously and will provide full transaction documentation to payment processors in response to any dispute.

6. Changes to This Policy
Delta Leagues reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
