Important notice

Delta Leagues is a skill-based simulated trading competition platform. All trading is simulated. No real financial instruments are bought or sold. This is not a brokerage, investment advisor, or gambling platform. By using this platform you acknowledge and agree to all terms below.

1. Nature of the platform — skill-based competition

Delta Leagues operates as a skill-based competition platform. Competitions hosted on Delta Leagues are determined predominantly by the skill, knowledge, and discipline of the participant. Outcomes are measured by risk-adjusted performance metrics including but not limited to net profit divided by maximum drawdown, win rate, profit factor, and trade count.

Delta Leagues is not a gambling platform. Entry fees collected by Delta Leagues are platform service fees charged for access to the competition infrastructure, simulated trading environment, scoring systems, leaderboards, and related services. Performance bonuses paid to winning participants are paid by Delta Leagues from its own operating budget as recognition of demonstrated trading skill — not from a pooled prize fund.

Participants acknowledge that Delta Leagues has made this classification in good faith and that it is the participant's responsibility to verify the legality of participation in their jurisdiction.

2. Simulated trading — no real capital at risk

All trading activity on Delta Leagues is simulated. No real money, securities, futures contracts, commodities, currencies, or other financial instruments are purchased, sold, or transferred as a result of any order placed on this platform.

Simulated account balances, profit and loss figures, and performance metrics displayed on the platform are for competition scoring purposes only and do not represent real financial value. You cannot withdraw simulated account balances. Simulated results do not guarantee or predict future results in real trading.

By participating you acknowledge that: (a) you are not trading real financial instruments, (b) no real money is at risk in your simulated trading account, (c) simulated performance does not reflect real market conditions, and (d) Delta Leagues makes no representations about your ability to replicate simulated performance in real markets.

3. Platform service fees

Delta Leagues charges platform service fees for access to its competition infrastructure. These fees cover the cost of operating the simulated trading environment, market data feeds, scoring systems, leaderboards, tournament management software, and related services.

Platform service fees are clearly disclosed on each tournament listing prior to entry. By entering a tournament you agree to the applicable service fee. Service fees are non-refundable except as provided in Section 6 (Tournament Cancellation Policy).

Delta Leagues may offer fee-free tournaments at its discretion. The existence of fee-free tournaments does not create an obligation to offer them in the future.

4. Platform outages and technical issues

Delta Leagues operates complex technical infrastructure including web servers, databases, real-time data feeds, and third-party integrations. Despite our best efforts, service interruptions may occur.

DELTA LEAGUES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR: (a) Any platform downtime, outages, or service interruptions regardless of cause or duration; (b) Data feed interruptions, delays, or inaccuracies from any source including but not limited to CME Group, Tradovate, Rithmic, Databento, Polygon.io, or any other market data provider; (c) Third-party service outages including but not limited to cloud hosting providers, payment processors, email services, or any other vendor; (d) Internet connectivity issues, routing failures, or other network problems outside Delta Leagues's direct control; (e) Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, cyberattacks, government actions, exchange closures, or market circuit breakers.

In the event of a platform outage during a live tournament, Delta Leagues reserves the right to: pause the tournament and extend its duration; cancel the tournament and issue refunds of service fees; snapshot the leaderboard at the time of outage and use that as the final result; or take any other action deemed fair and reasonable by Delta Leagues administration.

Tournament participants acknowledge that market data displayed on Delta Leagues is provided by third-party data vendors and that Delta Leagues does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data. Delta Leagues is not responsible for losses of potential performance bonuses due to data feed issues.

5. CME Group and exchange disclaimer

Market data displayed on Delta Leagues may include data derived from CME Group exchanges including but not limited to the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Chicago Board of Trade, NYMEX, and COMEX. Delta Leagues is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to CME Group Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.

CME Group market data is provided for informational and competition purposes only. Delta Leagues is not responsible for any CME Group exchange outages, data errors, holiday schedules, early closes, contract expirations, or rule changes that may affect competition conditions.

In the event of CME Group system failures, circuit breakers, trading halts, or other exchange-level events that materially affect the competition environment, Delta Leagues reserves the right to pause, extend, cancel, or adjust tournaments at its sole discretion without liability.

6. Tournament cancellation and refund policy

Delta Leagues reserves the right to cancel any tournament at any time for any reason including but not limited to insufficient participation, technical issues, data feed failures, or administrative errors.

In the event of a tournament cancellation before it begins: participants will receive a full refund of any platform service fees paid.

In the event of a tournament cancellation after it begins: if the tournament has been live for less than 25% of its scheduled duration, participants will receive a full refund; if the tournament has been live for 25% or more of its scheduled duration, Delta Leagues may at its discretion issue partial refunds, use the current leaderboard snapshot to determine winners, or issue store credit for future tournaments.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method. Delta Leagues is not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from tournament cancellation.

No refunds will be issued for: voluntary withdrawal from a tournament after entry; elimination due to rule violations or drawdown breach; failure to place trades during the tournament period.

7. Anti-cheat and fair play rules

Delta Leagues is committed to maintaining fair and competitive tournaments. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification, account termination, forfeiture of any performance bonuses, and may result in legal action:

(a) Use of automated trading bots, scripts, or algorithms during competitions unless explicitly permitted by tournament rules; (b) Exploiting platform bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage; (c) Collusion with other participants to manipulate leaderboard standings; (d) Creating multiple accounts to participate in the same tournament; (e) Any attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the scoring system; (f) Providing false information during account creation or KYC verification; (g) Any other activity that Delta Leagues determines in its sole discretion to be unfair, dishonest, or contrary to the spirit of fair competition.

Delta Leagues reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and to make final determinations regarding rule violations. All decisions by Delta Leagues regarding rule violations are final and binding.

8. Performance bonus and payout terms

Delta Leagues may award performance bonuses to top-ranked participants at the conclusion of eligible tournaments. Performance bonuses are discretionary awards paid by Delta Leagues from its own operating budget in recognition of demonstrated trading skill.

Payout eligibility requires: (a) meeting all tournament-specific minimum trade requirements; (b) completing KYC identity verification when required; (c) providing valid and accurate payout method information; (d) not being in violation of any Delta Leagues rules; (e) being located in a jurisdiction where receipt of such payments is legal.

Performance bonuses will be processed within 5 business days of approval by Delta Leagues administration. Processing times may vary based on payout method. Delta Leagues reserves the right to withhold performance bonuses pending KYC verification or investigation of suspicious activity.

Delta Leagues is not responsible for payment delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or other financial intermediaries. Performance bonuses that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or missing payout information will be held for 30 days before being forfeited.

9. Age requirement and geographic restrictions

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or participate in any Delta Leagues competition. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Delta Leagues is not available to residents of jurisdictions where skill-based competition platforms or the receipt of performance bonuses is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction. Delta Leagues reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at any time without notice.

10. No financial advice

Nothing on Delta Leagues constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. All content, scoring data, leaderboards, and performance metrics are provided for entertainment and competition purposes only.

Delta Leagues is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Participation in Delta Leagues competitions does not qualify you as a professional trader or in any way reflect your ability to trade real financial markets profitably.

Past simulated performance does not guarantee future results. Real trading involves substantial risk of loss.

11. Dispute resolution and arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of Delta Leagues shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. An arbitrator can award the same damages and relief as a court. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

By agreeing to these terms you acknowledge that you have read and understood this arbitration clause and waive your right to a jury trial.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DELTA LEAGUES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE PLATFORM.

DELTA LEAGUES'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF PLATFORM SERVICE FEES YOU PAID TO DELTA LEAGUES IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Modifications to terms

Delta Leagues reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
